Dominique is the founder and principal of Leytonstone Studios, a dynamic architecture and interior design firm dedicated to crafting innovative, community-centered spaces. With over 20 years of domestic and international design experience, Dominique has left her mark across multiple sectors, including education, residential, workplace, and hospitality. Leytonstone Studios reflects Dominique’s ethos: a commitment to thoughtful design that enhances communities, champions sustainability, and elevates human experiences.

As a licensed architect, Dominique has a proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, effortlessly balancing creative vision with technical precision. Her ability to collaborate with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies ensures intelligent, cost-efficient solutions that seamlessly integrate architecture and interiors. She believes exceptional design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about creating spaces that tell a story, serve a purpose, and stand the test of time.

Beyond her professional accolades, Dominique is a passionate advocate for mentorship and education. She co-founded My Architecture Workshops Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to introducing students from K-12 to the worlds of architecture, design, and construction. Through design-build programs, immersive 3D modeling, and a vibrant six-week STEAM summer camp, Dominique and her team empower young learners to explore their creativity while providing a pathway for underrepresented voices to enter the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industries.

Dominique’s influence extends far beyond her projects. She is the Vice President of NOMA CT and serves as an advisory board member for the University of Hartford Architecture Program. Her dedication to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the field earned her the Jose Hernandez President's Award for Member of the Year in 2022—a testament to her impact as a leader and mentor.
